🚚 Important Delivery & Collection Information

🏡 Delivery Access

• Your delivery address must allow access for a 7.5-tonne or larger truck.

• Delivery is kerbside only, using a tail lift and pump truck, and is strictly ground floor only.

• The courier will call you to arrange a delivery date once your pallet is in their system. Please inform them of any access restrictions.

• You can choose the delivery day, but not the exact time — delivery happens anytime between 9am and 5pm, and someone must be available to sign for it.

• There is no tracking number or delivery updates, so make sure you’re reachable.

🛠 Dismantled Items

• Most items are delivered dismantled and safely packed.

• Assembly manuals are not included, but:

  • I can send helpful videos via WhatsApp (when available), or

  • You can video call me, and I’ll walk you through the setup.

• Assembly service is available if requested and pre-agreed.

🏷 Delivery Options

1. UK Mainland Pallet Delivery

   • Standard delivery is kerbside only — you’ll need to bring the item inside.

   • Delivered during office hours only.

2. Multiple Items?

   • We can bundle items on the same pallet to save on delivery costs.

3. Need Flexible Delivery?

   • We also use Shiply.com for flexible courier services.

   • Make sure you read and accept their terms before confirming.

   • I can book on your behalf — or you’re welcome to arrange it yourself!

4. London & Nearby Deliveries

   • We personally deliver to London and nearby areas for a lower cost (if you’re flexible on timing).

   • A dedicated delivery slot is available but costs more.

  (Occasionally available out of hours or on weekends and bank holiday’s — check with me first.)

🚚 Delivery Terms Summary

2. If I’m delivering the item personally, I’ll call the day before with an estimated delivery time.

3. Most furniture is dismantled for easier transport. Check the listing if it’s assembled.

4. Assembly help is available — just ask before buying.

5. If delivery fails due to access issues or no one being present, you’ll be charged for redelivery or return.

6. If you refuse delivery, you’ll still be responsible for the original and return shipping costs.

7. All deliveries are one-person only, to the ground floor with easy access.
   If you need extra help (e.g., stairs or two-man delivery), please tell me before ordering so we can adjust the quote.
