My Used Furniture operates under ONEPLACE 2 SAVE LIMITED, company number 07745436. The registered office is Office 56, Millmead Business Centre, Millmead Road, Tottenham, London N17 9QU. The trading and collection address is Unit 1 & 2, Caylers Farm, Nuthampstead, Royston SG8 8NA. These terms apply to this website and orders placed directly with us. Purchases made through eBay are also subject to the eBay listing and platform terms.
2. Products and condition
We sell used, refurbished and, where stated, new furniture and related equipment. Used items may show signs of age and previous use. Please rely on the product title, photographs, quantity, measurements, condition notes and seller description. Colours and scale can vary between screens. Unless the listing says otherwise, props and surrounding items shown in photographs are not included.
3. Orders and contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods. If stock, pricing or listing information is materially incorrect, or we cannot accept the order, we will contact you and refund any amount taken for the affected item.
4. Prices, VAT and payment
Website prices include VAT where applicable unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery, pallet, installation or collection charges are shown or agreed separately. Payment must be authorised using a method offered at checkout or otherwise agreed with us. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
5. UK mainland delivery
We deliver to UK mainland addresses that we can serve using parcel, pallet, specialist furniture transport or an agreed local service. Availability, price and timescale depend on the item, quantity, postcode and access. Any date is an estimate unless we expressly agree that it is fixed. You must provide accurate contact and access information, tell us about stairs, restricted access, loading rules or other material obstacles, and ensure an authorised person can receive the order.
6. Collection by appointment
Collection is available only when confirmed in advance. Bring suitable identification, the order reference, an appropriate vehicle and adequate help to load and secure the goods. Risk passes when the order is delivered or collected, subject to your statutory rights.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

8. Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. If you are buying for business purposes, any liability is subject to the limits agreed in writing and the law that applies to the contract.
9. Accounts, website use and intellectual property
You are responsible for keeping account details secure and for information submitted through your account. Do not misuse, attack, scrape or interfere with the website. Our branding, layout, written content and original media are protected by intellectual property law and may not be reused commercially without permission.
10. Privacy, changes and law
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information and cookies are handled. We may update the website and these terms, but the terms in force when a contract is formed normally apply to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
