Returning Unopened MyUsedFurniture Products
You can return any unopened MyUsedFurniture product within 365 days for a full refund. No rush, no complicated conditions. It’s best to bring or provide your proof of purchase – but if you can’t find it, we’ll help you locate your digital receipt.

When returning an item, please bring or send your receipt.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the product.
For damaged products in transit: Take pictures of the box before opening it and send them to us. We’ll open a claim with the transporter and replace your item.
For products damaged or not as described: Please share pictures or videos via WhatsApp so we can better understand the situation and arrange a replacement item or parts.
