CLEARANCE · RELOCATION · RECOVERY
Clear the site.
Recover the value.
Move forward.
Commercial clearances, corporate relocations, office decommissioning, storage and responsible asset recovery. Planned as one coordinated project.

ONE OPERATION · TWO SPECIALIST BRANDS
We do not treat a workplace like a skip.
A clearance is an asset project before it becomes a waste project. Usable furniture is identified, separated and put back into circulation wherever there is a realistic route to reuse.
My Used Furniture is the furniture recovery and resale side of OnePlace2Save Limited. We inspect, clean and present recovered commercial furniture for its next workplace instead of allowing useful desks, chairs, tables and storage to disappear into a mixed disposal stream.
OnePlace2Save brings the wider operational capability: commercial clearances, corporate relocations, office decommissioning, storage, removals, transport and responsible disposal. Together, the two brands can manage the physical move and create a credible next route for the assets left behind.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
Straight answers.
The useful details before a survey or quotation.
Is every office furniture clearance free?+
No. Free clearance is eligibility-based. Condition, quantity, location, access, timescale and likely reuse value all affect whether recovered furniture can cover the work involved.
Can one team handle clearance and relocation together?+
Yes. Items can be separated into move, store, recover, recycle and disposal routes, then coordinated inside one agreed project plan.
Can assets be stored between two sites?+
Yes. OnePlace2Save can incorporate commercial storage where lease dates, fit-out work or phased moves do not line up.
What happens to reusable office furniture?+
Furniture with a realistic next use is separated, assessed and directed towards recovery and resale through My Used Furniture before disposal is considered.
What should I send with an enquiry?+
Send wide photographs, close-ups of condition, approximate quantities, the full postcode, floor and lift details, loading restrictions and the date the site must be clear.
