🚚 Important Delivery & Collection Information
🏡 Delivery Access
- Your delivery address must allow access for a 7.5-tonne or larger truck.
- Delivery is kerbside only, using a tail lift and pump truck, and is strictly ground floor only.
- The courier will call you to arrange a delivery date once your pallet is in their system. Please inform them of any access restrictions.
- You can choose the delivery day, but not the exact time — delivery happens anytime between 9am and 5pm, and someone must be available to sign for it.
- There is no tracking number or delivery updates, so make sure you’re reachable.
🛠 Dismantled Items
- Most items are delivered dismantled and safely packed.
- Assembly manuals are not included, but:
- I can send helpful videos via WhatsApp (when available), or
- You can video call me, and I’ll walk you through the setup.
- Assembly service is available if requested and pre-agreed.
