Your delivery address must allow access for a 7.5-tonne or larger truck.

Delivery is kerbside only, using a tail lift and pump truck, and is strictly ground floor only.

The courier will call you to arrange a delivery date once your pallet is in their system. Please inform them of any access restrictions.

You can choose the delivery day, but not the exact time — delivery happens anytime between 9am and 5pm, and someone must be available to sign for it.

There is no tracking number or delivery updates, so make sure you’re reachable.
