Our 4-Drawer foolscap/A4 suspension files filing cabinet is here to solve your storage needs. Elegantly designed in cold-rolled steel, with a reinforced frame and integrated gooseneck handles, the cabinet also allows for extra weight, with 50kg load drawers.
Better Metal Quality
Formaldehyde-free and odour-free, our cabinets are made from a steel base, anti-rust layer and powder coating, giving you the highest metal quality available. That’s not all. While most metal filing cabinets are sold between 0.6mm and 0.7mm thick, OHX Furniture filing cabinets are 0.9mm thick. They are made to be 0.8mm thick before coating and go up to 0.9mm after coating and painting.
Durable & Secure
Despite its elegant appearance, this 4-drawer filing cabinet is designed for security and built to last. The reinforced frame makes it hardwearing, while the anti-tilt technology prevents it from toppling over.
You can only open one drawer at a time, and the drawers lock via a small key to protect your privacy and security.
Adjustable Filing System
Most 4-drawer filing cabinets of this type will be A4-size suspension filing cabinets. The OHX Furniture 4-drawer filing cabinet is more versatile. An adjustable bar enables the cabinet to be used for a foolscap filing system, or accommodate A4 suspension files, the choice is yours.
The ball guide means that the drawers glide noiselessly and smoothly with no resistance. These drawers are also more spacious than usual, with an extra 20 kg weight capacity over the industry standard model.
The OHX Furniture 4-drawer filing cabinet can be bought as a standalone piece, or combined with the 3-drawer or 2-drawer units, to create the best storage solution for you.

🚚 Important Delivery & Collection Information
🏡 Delivery Access
- Your delivery address must allow access for a 7.5-tonne or larger truck.
- Delivery is kerbside only, using a tail lift and pump truck, and is strictly ground floor only.
- The courier will call you to arrange a delivery date once your pallet is in their system. Please inform them of any access restrictions.
- You can choose the delivery day, but not the exact time — delivery happens anytime between 9am and 5pm, and someone must be available to sign for it.
- There is no tracking number or delivery updates, so make sure you’re reachable.
🛠 Dismantled Items
- Most items are delivered dismantled and safely packed.
- Assembly manuals are not included, but:
- I can send helpful videos via WhatsApp (when available), or
- You can video call me, and I’ll walk you through the setup.
- Assembly service is available if requested and pre-agreed.
