DPD or InPost is assigned where the item can travel safely as a parcel. Dispatch is normally prepared within two working days.

A desk and a drawer unit should not be shipped the same way. Eligible items are matched to DPD, pallet delivery or collection, with the available choice and current total shown before checkout.

For larger furniture
How pallet delivery works.
Pallet delivery is kerbside and ground-floor only. The delivery address must be accessible to a 7.5-tonne or larger vehicle, and somebody must be present to receive and sign for the order.

The basket recognises the highest pallet requirement among the selected items.
- 2Choose the postcode zone
The price updates immediately and includes VAT.
- 3Agree the delivery day
The courier contacts you once the pallet is in their system. Delivery is normally between 9am and 5pm; an exact time cannot be guaranteed.
- 4Prepare safe access
A tail lift and pump truck are used. Bring the furniture inside after the kerbside handover.

Can furniture be carried upstairs or inside?+
Standard pallet delivery is kerbside and ground-floor only. Tell us before ordering if stairs, restricted access or a two-person service is needed so a suitable quote can be agreed.
Can several items share one pallet charge?+
The basket normally uses the highest pallet requirement among the items rather than charging once per unit. Unusually large orders are reviewed and any additional charge is agreed before dispatch.
Will furniture arrive assembled?+
Many items are dismantled for safer transport and easier site access. Assembly help may be available when requested and agreed before purchase.
What if nobody is available?+
Someone must be present to sign. Failed delivery caused by access restrictions or nobody being available may create a redelivery or return charge.

Current collection point: Unit 1 & 2, Caylers Farm, Nuthampstead, Royston SG8 8NA. Furniture collections and visits are by appointment only. Please use the collection instructions confirmed by our team before travelling.
Former warehouse: Unit 16, Bell Farm Industrial Park, Nuthampstead, Royston, Hertfordshire SG8 8ND. Bell Farm is our former warehouse address and is still shown on some existing business listings. Current furniture collections take place at Caylers Farm.
