Delivery is kerbside only, using a tail lift and pump truck, and is strictly ground floor only
The courier will call you to arrange a delivery date once your pallet is in their system. Please inform them of any access restrictions
You can choose the delivery day, but not the exact time — delivery happens anytime between 9am and 5pm, and someone must be available to sign for it
There is no tracking number or delivery updates, so please make sure you are reachable

Most items are delivered dismantled and safely packed
Assembly manuals are not included, but when available:
- We can send helpful videos via WhatsApp
- You can also video call us, and we will guide you through the setup
