Important information

The pallet size charged here is for 120cm by 100cm wide and 2.20cm high with the maximum height of 500kg
This item will be delivered in 1 pallet, however, we can fit 2 similar units in one pallet
Your delivery address should not have a restriction to a 7.5-tonne truck or maybe a large delivery truck. The delivery truck would have a tail lift and a pump truck. It will be delivered to a ground floor with easy access.
Once they collect from us, the distribution hub will call you to book a delivery date (Do Let Them Know Regarding Access Restriction).
When they call you…You can pick a date but, not a delivery time!
The delivery will be from 9 am to 5 pm and someone needs to sign for it.

I do not supply manuals for assembling; however, for some of the items I do have a video that I can send you via WhatsApp to help you understand how to assemble them. If I do not have the video, you are welcome to video call me, so I can explain how to assemble it.

UK Mainland Delivery charge available here is for Kerbside Delivery with pallet (you must bring inside) Deliveries are for office hours

The collection is welcomed from N4 1TD or SG8 8ND by ADVANCE appointment only after you have committed to buy (eBay rules).

DELIVERY TERMS:

UK Delivery is available via Shiply.com (you must be flexible), via pallet shipping companies, and private couriers. It all depends on your postcode and the items that you are buying
Cheap delivery to London and its Surroundings can be done by us (you must be flexible).
1. I will call you once I see your order, to organize with you, your collection or delivery.
2. Again I will call you one day prior to the delivery to give you an estimated time of delivery if we are delivering it ourselves.
3. Most of the large furniture is dismantled and will be delivered dismantled or if is assembled it will be delivered assembled, please check the item description.
4. Assembling service available only if requested and a quote agreed upon in advance
5. Buyer will be liable for return charges if for any reason the item cannot be delivered and also if there is any waiting or waste of time. Pallets shipping companies also charge fees for re-delivery or return.
6. Buyer will be liable for the agreed delivery and return charges if for any reason the buyer refuses/return the item.
7. Our default delivery charge is always for one-man delivery (client must provide help at his end), deliver to the ground floor with easy access, unless requested or otherwise agreed. Make sure you specify your needs when requesting a quote.
